SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

At times WOFTBO facilities are subject to severe weather conditions. Although all of our equipment is properly protected from electrical events - our policy is not to work on client data while our facilities are subject to severe weather. Severe weather may include electrical storms, high winds, hurricanes, sleet or snow. These severe weather conditions will most likely be reported by the National Weather Service. WOFTBO minimizes risks to client data, however time delays may be incurred in returning lost data under severe weather conditions.
