Data Recovery by WOFTBO

Data Recovery Agreement
Customer has requested Data Recovery which may or may not exist in recoverable form on described drive. Customer acknowledges that the disk drive and or its data are provided to WOFTBO in a damaged or non-readable form. Customer warrants and represents to WOFTBO that he/she is the owner of and/or has the right to be in possession of all data, technology and equipment furnished to WOFTBO under this agreement. WOFTBO expressly warrants only to use its best efforts to inspect the equipment and identify the problem and retrieve or minimize loss or damage to data or hardware. Except for the above express limited warranty, WOFTBO makes and the customer receives no warranty or conditions, expressed or implied, statutory or in any communication with the Customer. In no event will WOFTBO be liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or any other special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from this engagement, however caused and on any theory of liability. WOFTBO shall have no liability for any claim of the Customer or from any third party, directly or indirectly, that the equipment or any data was damaged, altered or rendered unusable.
Billing rate for incidentals is $100/hr.
