Abandoned equipment Policy
WOFTBO has no responsibility for any equipment left more than 90 days beyond the completion of repairs. The client may be informed via a telephone call, voice mail, email, USPS or other means regarding the completion of the work on their equipment.
Ownership of equipment left beyond 120 days will transfer to WOFTBO.
Fees to notify clients of equipment left beyond 90 days will apply at cost plus an applied service fee of $25.
Hard disk drives left with WOFTBO beyond 90 days will be Department of Defense wiped or physically destroyed at the discretion of WOFTBO. Applicable fees for data destruction/hdd destruction will be payable by the client.
Clients acknowledge this policy and acknowledge WOFTBO is not liable for data loss when this policy is applied.
